Information on the Processing of Personal Data

By granting this consent, I, as the data subject, freely and voluntarily provide EURAZ s.r.o., with its registered seat at Murgašova 86/1, 058 01 Poprad, Company ID (IČO): 50557858, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Prešov, Section: Sro, Insert No. 3729/P (hereinafter also the “Company”), as the controller in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the applicable EU legislation, my explicit consent to the processing of the provided email address for the purpose of sending information about news and special offers of the Company (marketing offers) via electronic mail – email (newsletter).

I grant this consent to the processing of personal data to the Company for a period of 5 years.
As the data subject, you are responsible for the completeness, truthfulness, and accuracy of the personal data provided. In the event of any changes to the personal data provided, you are obliged to notify the Company of such changes without delay.
In connection with the processing of your personal data for marketing purposes, such data is, to the necessary extent, provided to the Company’s contractual service providers, in particular providers of marketing services. Your personal data may be used by these service providers exclusively for the purpose for which you have granted us consent.

You may withdraw this consent for the processing of personal data for marketing purposes at any time, either by clicking on the relevant link located in each marketing email sent by the Company, by sending an email to the Company, or in person at the Company’s registered office.

In the event that the provided personal data becomes outdated, in the event of withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data, upon fulfilling the purpose or expiry of the period for which the consent to the processing of personal data was granted, or if storage is inadmissible for any statutory reason, the stored personal data shall be deleted.
The protection of personal data is governed by the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act and the applicable EU legislation, which also regulate the rights of the data subject. The data subject has the right to receive information free of charge regarding the processing of their stored personal data. Provided that the requirements laid down in the applicable legal regulations are met, the data subject also has: (i) the right of access to their personal data, (ii) the right to rectification of incorrect personal data, (iii) the right to restriction (blocking) of the processing of personal data, (iv) the right to object to the processing of their personal data for direct marketing purposes, (v) the right to erasure of personal data, especially if the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed, or if the data subject has withdrawn their consent to processing and no other legal basis for processing exists, or if the personal data has been processed unlawfully. The data subject also has, under the conditions set by law, the right to data portability, meaning the right to obtain the personal data they have voluntarily provided to the Company in electronic form, in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format. In this context, the data subject may exercise the right to transfer such data to another controller, provided that such transfer is technically feasible (right to data portability).

If the data subject exercises any of their rights under the personal data protection legislation, and if the data subject’s identity cannot be verified from the request or if the Company has reasonable doubts regarding the identity of the person submitting the request, the Company reserves the right to request additional information necessary to confirm the identity of the person exercising the request.
As a data subject, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, located at Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava, if you suspect that your personal data is being processed in violation of the applicable legislation.
The Company declares that it processes personal data solely for the purposes stated above and in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act and relevant EU legal regulations, using appropriate technical, organizational, and security measures.
